I have been meaning to clean up the look and feel of my site for a while now and finally came across some time to do so. You may have seen me tweet last night about some issues I was having with Blogger but after a few choice words and frustration, I got it straightened out. I hope you find the new changes to be appealing.
I have added some new sidebar widgets and cleaned up existing ones. I have also completely redone the "Downloads" page for the devices I own. I eventually plan on changing the site header but I am not too great at graphic design so that will have to wait. Lastly, readers will now be able to +1 any of my post that they enjoy.
So with nothing left to say, let me know what you think in the comments!
Update: I forgot to mention you can now reach the downloads page by the following url download.peteralfonso.com also I added a "home" link to the downloads page to return to the website.
Whatever changes you make, I'm sure will be quite awesome! Keep up the good work to both the site and the devices! Bunches of us thank you for the hard work you've put into all of it.
ReplyDeleteSite looks so much better much more modern cleaner crisper. as usual great work.
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing at what you do!!! Google should hire you you are so good! My droid has never ran this good! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeletePete,
ReplyDeleteLove it only thing is once you go to downloads page its hard to get back to the home page!
Do the steps you posted "How To: Unlock & Root Motorola Xoom Tablet" dated 2/25/2011, apply to a Xoom Wifi 3.2?
ReplyDeleteChanges look really nice! Do you have any plans to start supporting the Bionic in the near future?
ReplyDeleteAwesome new look. Its really smooth on the OG. can't wait for the official build of GPA17. I'm definitely looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteMy droid has never run this well! Sent you some cash the other day. Thanks for all you do!
ReplyDeleteSite looks good. I can't seem to find the kernels in the downloads section though.
ReplyDeleteI like the design of the new site, it looks clean, and well themed. I do find the organization of the Downloads section worse. I liked the older layout for that before, but I am sure you just need some time to clean the organization a bit. For example the Droid downloads section are all zip files based on date, instead of your own version number based on android version.
ReplyDeleteYour work is excellent though, of all the ROMS i have tried for the Moto Droid 1, I have to say yours has been the cleanest factory styled ROM that is featured and stable. Thanks for all the excellent work, it is not unnoticed.
Site looks great pete!! Your work is amazing!! I love running your GPA on my OG droid. But my contract is up the beggining of 2012 and am going to get the bionic. You should start supporting it!!
ReplyDeleteHave you given any thought to possibly helping the guys at TouchDroid port Android to the HP Touchpad? You definitely have the skill and it would be awesome to not only use your ROMs on my Moto Droid 1, but also on my Touchpad!
ReplyDeleteThe site looks awesome, and ik agree with customrenegade. It would be awesome if you helped the guys over at touchdroid. You do awesome work and i cant wait to get android on my new touchpad!
